Chelsea Mohs is a savvy retail media thought leader who knows how to ignite digital media growth and drive business transformation. She has spent her career with Fortune 100 leaders, such as Roundel, Target, Best Buy, and Merkle, and she has more than 15 years of experience shaping consumer loyalty, data-driven advertising, and performance measurement for retail and CPG companies. A master of strategic growth, Chelsea has led high-performing teams to deliver $1.5 billion in revenue. As a trusted partner at CMC, Chelsea helps retail and CPG clients navigate the ever-evolving landscape of retail media, building innovative strategies and partnerships that fuel long-term, sustainable success.

Beyond her work with CMC, Chelsea is the founder of Abound Media Consulting, where she develops tailored marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact across industries. She also serves as a Growth Consultant at Venvee and is the co-founder of the MN Retail Media Meetup, a community dedicated to fostering industry collaboration and innovation.

Chelsea holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Bethel University. Passionate about empowering the next generation of marketers, she shares her expertise by teaching digital marketing and consumer behavior at a private college in Minnesota. When she’s not reimagining the world of retail media and marketing, Chelsea stays busy keeping up with her three children as a hockey mom. Her family also enjoys golfing and traveling.  â€‹
