About Michelle
Michelle Dooley is a seasoned executive with a proven track-record of building and scaling business revenues from incubation to over $500 million. Michelle built and developed teams across marketing, strategy and revenue in start-ups, mid-size and fortune 50 companies. She was a member of the founding leadership team that took Roundel, Target’s Retail Media Network, to a half a billion dollar business in 3 years. Her depth of understanding across the business and technology sectors, coupled with her background in data-driven marketing, personalization and data strategy, bring new perspectives to the organizations she’s led.
Prior to founding Catalyst Media Consulting, Michelle built the enterprise growth strategy at LiveRamp for their clean room product, centralized around market incubation and development, opening over $16B in TAM across industries and geographies.
